“What’s your minimum engagement?” The honest answer.

We got the question again the other day: “What’s your minimum engagement?” It deserves a straight answer, because the number matters less than what it’s for. Our minimum isn’t a revenue threshold. It’s the leeway to do things right.

The minimum buys leeway — enough room to do the work right.

Here’s how the two layers work.

The base: a coaching cadence

The smallest way to work with us is a strict coaching capacity: about a day a week on your strategic topics. Your challenges, the recurring decisions that need guidance, the occasional technical question, and the discipline of staying on track. That starts as low as CHF 3,500 a month — our minimum for getting a conversation started — with a minimum engagement of 90 days. After that, everything is open.

The layer on top: ad-hoc specialist pulls

On top of that base, things come up that need a different brain for four to eight hours. Those don’t need a fixed engagement or a recurring commitment — we bill them by the hour and pull the right person from the network:

  • Tracking and tech infrastructure. The measurement is lying, the tags are a mess, the data layer needs an adult.
  • GEO and LLM optimisation. Making sure AI assistants can find, read and cite you.
  • Specialised media buying. A channel your team hasn’t run before, handled by someone who runs it weekly.
  • Deal structures we don’t guess at. How to structure a TV buy, a billboard deal, an affiliate programme — answered by people who’ve negotiated them.
Coaching cadence — one day a week · from CHF 3,500 / month · 90 days minimum Ad-hoc specialist tasks — 4 to 8 hours, billed hourly, pulled from the network Day 1 Day 90 → open The base keeps strategy on track. The spikes fix what comes up — tracking, GEO, a media question.
Two layers: a steady strategic cadence, and specialists pulled in exactly when needed.

Why the network makes this possible

This flexibility only works because of how the network behaves. When someone needs help, they pick up the phone, and someone answers — that’s the culture, and we protect it deliberately. Specialists who guard their own revenue instead of the bigger picture don’t stay in the network. The ones who do are proud of it, and it shows in how fast a small question gets a good answer.

The minimum isn’t a revenue threshold. It’s the leeway to do things right.

A second perspective, on demand

For you as a client, the practical benefit is this: there is always a way to get a new perspective. Have an idea you want challenged? Tell us what kind of person should do the challenging, and we’ll put them in the room. Asking your LLMs and agents the right questions is a good start — we’d be the last to argue otherwise. But a specialist who uses those same tools better than you do, on top of years of pattern recognition, is simply more effective. That’s what we’re counting on, and it’s what the network is for.

The engagement mechanics live on how we work — and how the one-invoice model behind all this works is in you get one invoice.

Questions we get on this

What does the CHF 3,500-a-month starting point actually include?

A strict coaching cadence: roughly a day a week working with you on your strategic topics — challenges, recurring decisions, the occasional technical question, and keeping the plan on track. It’s guidance and thinking partnership, not an execution engine. When execution is needed, we scope it openly on top — often as simple hourly tasks, sometimes as a proper engagement.

Why the 90-day minimum?

Because strategy work compounds and judgment needs context. Ninety days is the leeway to understand your business properly, make changes, and see them land — anything shorter buys opinions, not outcomes. After 90 days everything is open: continue, scale up, or stop. No lock-in beyond the point where the work has proven itself.

Can we use the specialist network without a big engagement?

Yes — that’s the design. A tracking fix, a GEO/LLM-visibility review, a question about structuring a TV or affiliate deal: four to eight hours from the right specialist, billed by the hour, done. No retainer required. Most clients combine the two — a steady coaching base with ad-hoc specialist pulls as things come up.
